Payment
​
All orders placed through this website will be paid through the secure Wix Payments or ApplePay with a credit or debit card. I also accept online bank transfers so if you'd prefer to pay like this, send me an email (click here to do that) and we can get that sorted.

Production time
For jewellery in stock, I aim to send as soon as possible but no later than 2-4 business days after you place your order. If for any reason, despatch is going to take longer, I will let you know and give you the option for a refund if you would prefer.
If you are based in the UK and need your jewellery by a specific date within this time frame, please contact me (click here) preferably before placing your order and we can decide on the best way to achieve that.
I'm afraid I cannot offer an expedited international delivery service as there are too many factors outside my control to guarantee it. See below to find out more about expected international delivery times.

For jewellery made to order, I will give you an estimated time of despatch at the time you place your order but usually aim for 1-2 weeks. Again, if you need it sooner, please contact me (click here) before placing your order so we can discuss what I can do.

UK delivery
​
Within the UK standard delivery is FREE!
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail and usually take between 1-3 days from despatch. The Royal Mail service I use depends on the value of your order.
If you need your jewellery quicker, you can pay to upgrade to Next Day Special Delivery at checkout.

International delivery (including the EU)
​
All international orders are shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Royal Mail aim to deliver to:
- Europe within 3-5 working days
- Worldwide delivery is 5-7 working days.
However, these are just aims and rely on a smooth transition through customs which is beyond my and Royal Mail's control!
PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES INCLUDING THE EU YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS DUTIES, CHARGES AND TAXES when you import goods into your country. These are costs which you will incur in addition to the cost of the jewellery and the international delivery charge.
Whether you are liable to such charges, duties, taxes and customs thresholds is determined by the customs authorities in your destination country. I'm afraid I'm unable to advise what these might be for you and you will need to contact the customs authority of your destination country for help.

What personal information do I collect about you?
I take your privacy very seriously and only collect your personal information for the sole purpose of completing your order. I will never sell or trade your personal information. To read my full Privacy Policy click here.
To complete your order, I will need your billing address, delivery address and email address so that I can send your order confirmation to you. Wix Payments also requires you to provide your phone number which I only use if necessary to complete your order and/or to provide tracking details for your order.

Can I return my order?

Obviously, I hope you'll be thrilled with your jewellery when you receive it. However, if there is any problem, please email me as soon as possible (click here) but no later than 14 days after you receive it.
When I receive your email, I'll confirm the address to use to return it. Then all you need to do is pop it in the post as soon as possible after that but no later than 14 days after you've told me of your wish to return your order. The jewellery needs to be returned undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging. When it is, I'll refund you as soon as I can - the law requires that I do this within 14 days of receiving the order back but I will obviously aim to do this much much quicker!
As I will have paid the original delivery postage, you'll be responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
