Last date to commision Made to Order pieces is Sunday 7th December
Last order dates are Wednesday 17th October for free UK delivery
and Sunday 21 December if you upgrade to special delivery

How will my jewellery be packaged?
Your jewellery will arrive in a Kraft recycled natural jewellery box with a recycled eco fibre insert. Unless you're buying a pair of Interchangeable stud earrings which will arrive in a jewellery pillow box.

The boxes are then sealed in a signature bright orange bag together with a business card, care instructions and a thank you card.

If you are sending as a gift, there is an option at check out to write a gift message which I will do instead of the thank you card.

How quickly will my jewellery arrive?

All my jewellery comes with free UK delivery and I use Royal Mail.
For in stock pieces, I aim to despatch as soon as possible but certainly within 2 to 4 business days.
There is the option to upgrade to Special Delivery at the check out if you need it quicker.
For custom orders, I will discuss timings with you at the time you place your order but usually aim for 1-2 weeks.
Do you do gift wrapping?
Yes I do! As well as the packaging detailed above, the jewellery box will be wrapped in gorgeous lush dark blue tissue paper and tied with an orange ribbon.
You can choose the gift wrapping option at the check out. There is a small additional charge.

If you decide not to have the extra gift wrapping, I can still write a gift message and send the jewellery direct to the person you are giving it to.

Do you ship internationally?

Sadly, not at the moment. Due to Brexit and US tariffs, I am unable to ship outside the UK.

Hopefully, that situation might change one day.
Can I return the jewellery?
Of course, unless it is a ring or other commisions made to order in which case, please see below.
However, if there is any problem, please email me as soon as possible (click here) but no later than 14 days after you receive it.
When I receive your email, I'll confirm the address to use to return it. Then all you need to do is pop it in the post as soon as possible after that but no later than 14 days after you've told me of your wish to return your order. The jewellery needs to be returned undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging. When it is, I'll refund you as soon as I can.
As I will have paid the original delivery postage, you will be responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty. If you chose to upgrade delivery to special delivery, I will be unable to refund the additional delivery charges unless the item is faulty.

Can I return made to order items?

I am afraid I am unable to alter, exchange or refund rings or other commissions made to order if you order the wrong size or dimensions.
I have a helpful ring size guide to help you find the correct ring size. Click here to see.
