If you've ever been lucky enough to go to Wimbledon, you'll know it's not just about the tennis. The grounds are beautiful too, with huge borders packed full of flowers and plants. It's the vast swathes of hydrangeas that have always caught my eye.

So I decided it'd be fun to turn one of my own Wimbledon photos into a necklace inspired by those hydrangeas. I didn't copy the flowers exactly, but instead picked out the blues, purples and pinks that first caught my eye.

I made two necklaces with earrings to match. This necklace is handmade using my hand-dyed aluminium in those gorgeous vibrant purples, pinks and blues.

Lightweight and comfortable to wear, this necklace is full of subtle detail. It's an easy way to add colour to your outfit or would make a thoughtful gift for anyone who loves contemporary handmade jewellery.

All my jewellery is designed and handmade in my garden studio in Dorset, UK.

Your necklace will arrive beautifully packaged in a gift box made from recycled paper, all ready to treat yourself or give to a loved one.

The oval discs are each 20x15, 14x10, 10 x 8mm and necklace comes with an 18" silver ball chain with a lobster clasp.
